Què no li ha agradat: Neteja, comoditats i estat de l’allotjament i instal·lacions
I recently stayed at Hotel Garrett and would describe the experience as just okay -- neither great nor terrible.
The front desk staff were genuinely kind and helpful which I appreciated. However, there were several issues with the room and amenities. The bathroom had visible mold, and the ceiling fan in my room did not work. The room itself was extremely small -- essentially the size of a box -- and the walls were thin enough that I could hear the guests in the room next to me.
Also, the hotel advertises a rooftop pool, but that is misleading. There is no rooftop pool. The breakfast provided was not a hot breakfast, but instead pastries, apples, oranges, and bananas.
When I mentioned the room concerns to the front desk, I was told that switching rooms wouldn't make a difference because the rooms are all similar.
Overall, the stay was manageable, but I don't feel it matched the expectations set online. With a few improvements, the experience could be much better.
