🌿 Lawn Care:
Our professional landscaping team, Good Ole Bois SD, typically visits once a month — usually during the 2nd or 3rd week of the month around 9 AM earliest (weather permitting) to mow the lawn and keep everything looking fresh.
🗑️ Trash Collection Service:
We partner with a reliable can-runner service to manage trash for you. They come before collection day (Tuesday) to make sure the bins are placed out on time — so you don’t have to worry about it!
📌There is a water dispenser in the home, but it is NOT in use. The tap water is safe for drinking.
