"This is the second time we stayed at this property. It's a perfect location for us when visiting family. It is quiet, very clean, and has an efficiency kitchen, and two tv's. There's a nice outdoor area with new furniture! Marco, our host was accommodating and made sure everything was ok. We would definitely recommend staying here!"

"Chris and Amber were very accommodating and excellent hosts. My only gripe is that there was no shampoo/conditioner but I purchased some with a coupon for 3 so no biggie. (You're welcome next visitors.) Views were amazing and it was very peaceful. Shopping, bars, and restaurants were very close. Would definitely stay again."

It was very convenient to everything we needed, with easy access to local shops and attractions. We felt comfortable and at home throughout our stay. "Sweet place! Just what we needed! Beautiful water front view and very quiet. Being a first time VRBO user and tired arriving near midnight i couldn't find the instructions for the gate entry that Nelson had sent. He was very patient and guided us through. We enjoyed our stay their!"

"This was was perfect for a big group of friends visiting Tampa area. There were more than enough rooms/bathrooms and enough beds for everyone to sleep comfortably . Highly recommend if you're looking for a place that can sleep a big group!"

"The check in process was easy . Very peaceful and very nice property . Just the ac wasn’t cooling down enough. But other than that everything was great ! Also the owners knew It was my birthday and they had a birthday card and banner for me which definitely made my day . "

"We enjoyed our stay so much! The pool and pool floats were especially nice, and the children enjoyed the mushroom game and the kids’ room. The kitchen had a lot of appliances and supplies. There were designated pool towels and other thoughtful details throughout the beautiful house. The only challenge for our group was that all the bedrooms are on the second floor."

"It's a lovely home and in a very quiet neighborhood. The air conditioning worked beautifully but there were fans in every room just in case. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were laid out nicely. It would have been nice if the downstairs bedroom had somewhere to hang clothes besides with the water heater in the bathroom closet.
