Castillo Romano represents deluxe accommodations for the people who require luxury, comfort, and a special setting to make their vacation a unique, rewarding and a memorable experience. It is exclusive and private and meant only for you and your loved ones. It is grand, majestic, elegant and refined, and very very comfortable.
The castle is a luxury retreat for large family reunions and is also a hotel for couples or smaller family groups.
It consists of 13 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, 4 kitchens, 3 living rooms,1 dining room on four different levels. It has a swimming pool, jacuzzi and barb-q area. We can house from 2 - 33 people and much more for grand festivities such as wedding parties which we are known for.
We cater to family groups and events such as newlyweds and honeymooners,
anniversaries, large family gatherings, as well as all kinds of business and social gatherings, conventions and events,
We can offer all kinds of special services such as cooking chefs, cleaning maids, in house massages, laundry cleaning, taxi service, and can help to set up sight seeing tours and expeditions to the most popular sites.
The adventure tours and expeditions are amazing and everyone enjoys whale watching, El Limon Cascades, Park Haitises, the Zip Lines, sail boating, sail kiting, surfing, scuba diving, deep sea fishing, white water rafting, etc. etc. etc.
The natural beauty is astounding and unspoiled, the castle is a rare gem, and
the beaches are pristine and awesome. This makes for a vacation in PARADISE.
The rates quoted are for parties of 2 - 4 people.
Electricity is in addition to these rates.

Big and comfortable castle

Our stay, although short, was very nice at Castillo Romano. Theo and Morena made sure to welcome me and my family with open arms. Morena is an amazing cook and very friendly. Don Theo is the best! He helped us with anything we needed in the house and even gave us good advise for our trip to El Salto Del Limón. The castle is well kept and has amazing views. If ever back in the Terrenas with my huge family, I’ll be sure to book again!

The house is literally a castle i love everything about it. This is my favorite place to stay in las terrenas. The host is amazing and the house come with a lot of goodies overall this was the best experience that far ❤️🙏🏻🙏🏻

Amazing & Blissful stay !!

Our stay at Castillo Romano was just amazing. The comfort & the treatment was the best. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by Morena & Theo with a warm welcome & a delicious meal. Joseph the owner made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. He is very attentive and the hospitality overall was just perfect! Not once we felt out of place or uncomfortable during our stay. It felt as if we were visiting our own family in the Dominican Republic. The view of the castle is amazing !! My children enjoyed the pool and simply playing around the entire castle. I will definitely be booking here in the near future when we visit las Terrenas again!

All I can say is WOW

The pics of Castillo Romano looked amazing, and we were excited to stay there. We were looking for a destination that wasn't "touristy" like Punta Cana - something more authentic. This was it. When we first arrived, it was a little weird - this place is on a massive hill and our 9 passenger van really struggled to make it up (driveway was wet from rain and very slippery) and none of the staff spoke English. But the next morning things settled in and we got some help translating from one of Joe's workers. The thing to keep in mind is - this is not luxurious by American standards, but is freaking cool - I mean really really cool. Way more authentic than staying in a resort. And the staff is so incredibly friendly they become like family during the time you stay there. Next to this the home, the best part of this rental (a short 5 minute walk) is the cool little town at the bottom of the hill. It is very charming. No one really speaks English, but everyone is incredibly friendly. There are a lot of little local shops and restaurants within a few blocks, and the beach (total of 10 minutes from the house after walking through the town) is right there. This is a trip we'll never forget, mostly because of the really unique accommodations and the staff that feels more like good friends by the time you leave. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
