"Jorge was so welcoming. He was always available to offer a suggestion or direction The facility was VERY nicely appointed from the towels and sheets to the tissues. Every light was spot lighting a beautiful object in the room. The ligjts would come on magically as you entered and turned off just as effortlessly. The common area on the second floor was a wonderful addition and allowed for an open space to enjoy wine and a snack. "

"We stayed in the loft for three days in July 2026 and our stay was excellent. The loft is gorgeous and was a nice surprise. When I booked the hotel, the loft wasn't available, but then we were upgraded to it. Everything was fully functional, extremely clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It is also great for traveling with children as there are two additional small bedrooms with a small single and a desk. The whole thing is around 600sq ft, which is very large for European...

"Amazing stay at this centrally located Hotel! Truly a first class fast experience from check-in all the way through breakfast at the restaurant on top where we also had an evening meal. The entire staff was consistently positive, delightful and helpful and we would stay here again hundred times over!"

"This is a good property, though it is not worth the price. I booked a suite for the amount of €650 paid per night, and it was not worth it. The proximity to old town is great, and the staff are great, but you get a very small place with a sofa bed for a family of four, which is not acceptable at all for this price. The staff were helpful to see if they could give us like two separate rooms, but for a family with small kids, that was not an option for us. The quality of the food was pretty good."
