"Great place to stay. Small kitchen and close to grocery stores. We were able to store our luggage while we travelled over to Paris for a few days. The fee was very reasonable. Front desk staff were helpful and kind. "

"Shame on Expedia for not refunding the amount. We did not stay at the hotel. The place said they would send information, which they didn’t. We arrived with our two tired kids and called Expedia because the host did not answer calls, texts or What’s App messages. Then we got texts from another number that stated the room was not clean but we could stay there. A person came out and said her room was filthy. The host on What’s App said they would refund the money but would not pick up when Expedia...

"Having read previous reviews, we were prepared for a few frustrations. The one big problem was check-in -- I recommend trying to set up a direct line of communication (phone/text) with the host before check-in day.No complaints about the property itself -- secure, roomy, new giant screen tv, well stocked kitchen, etc.There is a heliport nearby but it was not terribly busy during our stay and flights were limited to waking hours."

"Bastante bien en general. La comunicación no ha sido muy fluido. Para entrar en el piso hubo problemas en las claves. El piso bastante nuevo y bien cuidado, la limpieza bien aunque eso depende también de los huéspedes de las otras habitaciones. Recomendable para estancias largas por trabajo o similares. Conexión a internet muy debil."

"Very well-organized and they paid a lot of attention to detailing every aspect and documenting it on their website. The self check-in and check-out is smooth and went without any issues. All appliances worked perfectly. The hallway was a bit noisy, especially when other apartments close their doors, it shakes the whole apartment. The check-out is 10 AM which I consider early."

"The accommodation is very convenient and well-appointed, offering a good balance of location and price. However, cleanliness could be improved; I found dust and leftover items from previous occupants under the bed. Additionally, the constant sound of doors slamming was somewhat distracting. Despite these issues, I would consider staying here again due to its prime location and affordability."

En effet un locataire vit sur place ce qui n'etait pas preciser sur l'annonce lorsque nous avons réserver et a été ajouter par la suite. Malgré cela, le locataire est très gentil, serviable et discret.L'appartement se situe au 4 eme étage d'un immeuble. L'immeuble est très ancien. L'appartement est suffisament grand mais le séjour mérite d'être disposer différemment car peu pratique. En effet si...

"Very sweet boat in lovely location. I didn’t hear back from the owner re check in until the day I was checking in despite 3 emails. The boat was lovely, had a great nights sleep and pretty location. All very clean and lovely. Flushing the toilet was a little challenging. We went to a concert at Hampton Court and it was a great location to visit there. A lovely time was had"

"Our family of 2 adults and 3 children arrived at the property in London, contacted the host for access details ( we had 2 separate confirmation emails previously) to be then informed via a text that the apartment was no longer available. At 5pm on a Saturday for a 2 night booking. Appalling communication and no explanation or apology then or since.There is a for sale sign up at the property. We arrive home after our weekend and find an email asking for a review of our stay so here it is. "

"The flat smelled terrible, it was incredibly noisy. I was awakened by the door bell in the middle of the night many times. Then they moved me to another unit where the shower drain was blocked and I couldn’t adjust the temperature water. I don’t recommend it at all. "
