"The staff were so helpful and so friendly, making us feel welcome. The apartment was clean and comfortable and has everything one might need. My only small concern was that the hallways had a strong smell of some kind of cleaning product or air freshener, which was rather overpowering. Fortunately it was not so strong inside the room. Otherwise, highly recommend for apartment stay!"

"Exceptionally comfortable stay, the room is very big, with comfortable bed, and big bathroom. There is nespresso, fridge, washing mashine and dishwasher. Kitchennete is well equipped. "The property is next to Chinatown so plenty to see. It is close to a tram stop so the whole area is walkable but quiet at the same time. The room size was good and we had a kitchenette. The free pastries were good as well. The staff were helpful and friendly. Overall would stay here again. "

"Washing machine didn't work. Helpline never answered. Sent someone to look at Washing machine but couldn't fix. Cooker had missing buttons. Boiler water mains was turned off and with no help turned this on myself after 24 hrs. Creaky sofa bed, broken blinds and door handles. Didnt smell nice. Bad experience "

"While the bathrooms and kitchen look quite new and fresh the apartment was a bit dirty and smelly. Many of the walls and furniture were significantly marked, there was rubbish in one of the bins and a pile of what I can only assume was used towels and sheets in the laundry. We had to keep the windows open for our stay to air the place and wash all our clothes after becasue of the lingering smell. The ensuite was a bit smelly, but we could only shower there as there is no seal around the shower...

"This property is located in a perfect spot for catching the Salford Central train or walking across the river to downtown Manchester. I took a different route every day and saw so many things. The wifi was excellent and I felt totally safe and comfortable. Very comfortable bed too! I messaged the property managers a couple of times with random questions, and they responded immediately. It was a breeze."
