"We stayed for one night on our way to somewhere else. The house was close to I95, clean and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. The host sent the checkin instructions in advance and we had not issues getting into the house with the provided code. There was a coffee maker with coffee pods and snacks. The only thing I would suggest is adding a bit more cutlery (we found 3 forks and 3 spoons) and a couple more stainless steel pots (there was just a small one)."

"The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The location of the home was very convenient to Walmart and restaurants. The home was very clean, and the host made everything convenient for our use. I can’t say enough good this about this home. We will most definitely book again if we are in the area. Thank you for the stay! "

"The property was great 5/5. I really enjoyed grilling for 90% of our stay. The only thing I will say is the hot tub is not an outdoor hot tub but a hot tub in the bathroom. Great property, great location, great price. My family enjoyed the home and my boys enjoyed playing Uno Flip and the piano! Will DEFINITELY stay here again when I come to Fayetteville!"

"I would recommend to anybody. Good neighborhood which is harder to find in that area. My family really enjoyed the stay. Game room was fun!!"

"Great place local to a family event. Loved having the kitchen and 2 baths! Was a bit hard to figure out where the unit was, but it was dark when we got there. Directions mentioned a peach door...the doors were white. Overall nicer for us than a hotel...wish we had time to enjoy the deck!"

"This was one of the worst homes i ever booked! Both bathrooms were dirty with a few bugs on the floor. One of the toilets didn’t work. I contacted the property manager as soon as we checked in to let them know about the problems and didn’t get a response until 11pm at night. After that response I heard nomore from anyone about my issues. So we were left having to use the masters bedroom bathroom the entire stay. If we wasn’t there my daughters 8th birthday I would have definitely went back...

"We were in town for our grandson’s wedding. We were able to stay together at this beautiful home. Ages from 9 yrs. -70’s! 16 of us!The pool was a lifesaver in the extreme heat!Our host could not have been more gracious! Immediately answering any & all questions.Highly recommend!!"

"This is a four-plex nested in a wooded neighborhood. Easy access to the highway. "

"Was given wrong key code number to unlock front door. Then couldn't reach anyone for help. Never got into the house and had to find another place to stay at the last minute. "

"Enjoyed staying in the home vs. a hotel. This home would certainly be great for a large family. There was only 2 of us but we saw first hand the wonderful potential for all types of renters. Couples traveling together, large families etc. "

"Amazing home.. clean and comfortable. Neighborhood was very quiet and safe. All the amenities you need in the home. We were visiting family and nice to have a place we can go back to and feel like home! "

"This home is as described. We are a electrical company who needed somewhere to stay last minute for a out of town job . Ethel was a great host and very helpful and flexible with the needs/issues we had arise on our end of things. Very much recommend and will definitely be staying again when back in town. Thanks again guys!"
