"Comfortable for a layover"

"The staff was helpful and friendly. The public bath is free and has decent hours. It was nice to access after long hours of the flight. We love the property's cleanliness. The only downside was that breakfast was not available. We definitely want to come back. Highly recommended!"

"Generally ok, a little dated, and staff wasn’t too enthusiastic. All restarts ya close around 9, so plan for that if arriving late. Gym is an extra 2200 yen per use per person, disappointed for that. Nice location"

"Great hotel located right next to Shiomi train station. It has a convenience store attached and they offer a lot of nice amenities in the hotel as well. There is a restaurant on site, although it doesn't have the most variety but we were barely in the hotel so we didn't mind. The onsen was a blessing after days walking thousands of steps in Tokyo. Loved it here!"

"Clean Spacious room with a nice big shower, we didn't have to climb over bathtub. Bed was big and comfortable. "I liked the area that the hotel was in....there was a mall located right across the street with different shops, restaurants and stores. The hotel itself was actually really nice..they had restaurants there as well and a store that was on site. "Property was great , however we had to pay for the indoor pool access , some around 12 years boy pooped in the pool right next to our daughter swimming , we had to leave . It was disgusting . It would be also helpful if any receptionist or concierge stuff would speak English somewhat , it was very hard to communicate with them . And Breakfast and Dinner buffets were very expensive"

"We are always more than happy to stay this hotel. One thing I would let them tell is... We have stayed this hotel multiple times. We got rides on free hotel shuttle. This time we realized that the last shuttle from hotel to airport departs at 11:30 am. Our flight was at about 10 pm. We would appreciate if the hotel provides more airport bound shuttles in the afternoon."

"Cheap rooms that get the job done, perfect for singular or small group travelers. Breakfast value is good if you drink more than one cup of coffee or juice, the food is okay, gets the job done. If anything that's my only critic, the rest is just really good value.
