"This hotel parking lot is shared with a park and fly lot as well as a banquet hall so we had to park very far from the doors with all our luggage. The parking lot was not salted and incredibly slippery making it very difficult and dangerous to walk it. Unfortunately our rooms thermostat wasn’t working and even after calling up maintenance our room stayed at 24 degrees which was way too hot for us to enjoy or sleep well. It was a bit difficult getting ahold of concierge from the room when needed....

"I didn't use the gym or the laundry services. Ice maker was not working but everything else was top notch! Early check in, beautiful, clean suite, late check out. I really like this hotel!!!!"

"Very nice hotel and friendly staff, they were able to accommodate early check in. Room was very clean, and lots to do near by. Great walking distance to may food options, and Centre Bell as well! "

"Elevator button on fifth floor had some weird white substance on it (candlewax?) and it took 3 whole days for someone to notice and clean it off.
Breakfast was stale and lacklustre.
Looks like the ceiling in my room was water damaged."

"Tout était parfait sauf qu’on aurait aimé que les chambres soient attribuées plus tôt, car on allait aux Canadiens et on n’a pu profiter de l’a piscine en arrivant et puisqu’on devait repartir tôt le matin."
