"3人部屋で予約してましたが、夜になってもソファーベッドがベッドメイクされてませんでした。フロントにお願いしたところ、担当者が勤務外とのことでフロントのおじさまが対応してくれました。また、フロントのミドルエイジの女性の対応が日本に比べてクールでした。フランスではそれがスタンダードなのかもしれませんが。 それ以外は素晴らしい滞在でした。海が見える部屋にしていただいたので、いつでも美しい海がみえて朝、夕方と色合いが異なる海の景色を楽しみました。部屋は3人で滞在しても余裕があり、清潔で快適でした。 外はすぐにプロムナードデアングレなのでお散歩も気持ち良いし、旧市街にも近く大変便利でした。 またアメニティのNUXEも香りも使い心地も良かったです。 朝食はつけなかったのでわかりません。近くに美味しいパン屋さんがあり朝買ってきて部屋で食べました。 ニースの海が見える部屋というだけで、滞在満足度が大幅上昇しました。またニースにいける機会があればぜひ滞在したいです。"

"Perfect location. Wonder staff. We received a free room upgrade to a balcony room. The views of the park and beach from it were amazing. Room was very clean and stocked with good coffee, robes, slippers, and L'Occitane products in the bathroom! Would absolutely stay again."

"We were so pleasantly surprised by a room upgrade to an amazing suite! We had booked a room for 4 people with a mezzanine loft for our daughters, but with the upgrade, the room had an additional bathroom and a high quality pull out sofa that came in handy when we had an unexpected visitor. And the cherry on top was the washer/dryer in the kitchen area! The staff was lovely. "I booked 3 rooms in the same category and price point, 2 rooms were what we were expecting and my room was about half the size of the other two rooms. It stunk like an ashtray and when we went to use the shower, it didn't drain and flooded the bathroom. We were told that the maintenance person had left for the day. (It was around 6pm) There was no follow up, no offer for a different room. Just had to stay in a room that smelled like cigarettes and had an unusable shower. Terrible."

"Hotellet serverte en god frokost med godt utvalg og høy kvalitet. Vi fikk både oppgradert rom og sen utsjekk, noe som gjorde oppholdet ekstra hyggelig. Personalet var serviceinnstilt, hjelpsomme og imøtekommende gjennom hele oppholdet. Hotellet ligger bare 5 minutter fra Nice-Ville stasjon, noe som gjør det enkelt å komme seg til og fra hotellet med tog. Samtidig tar det bare 15 minutter å gå ned til stranden og strandpromenaden."

"Das Hotel wurde erst renoviert. Wir waren mit dem Zustand zufrieden. Die Zimmergröße ist in Ordnung. Das Bad ist etwas klein gewesen. Die Damen am Empfang waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit."

"We loved our stay! The hotel itself is super cute with a nice seating and bar area in the lobby. The room was pretty decently sized, clean, and quiet. We had a balcony which came with some chairs and a small table which was great. The hotel staff was very nice and super helpful! The location is great, as it’s about a 10 min walk from the main promenade/beach and about another 10 min walk from the main train station."
