"Beds were clean thabk goodness . The room smells like a fratt house ,the stinch of beer cover the room . The housekeeping before we checked in was changing the bed ,sweeping the floor. You could tell no mop was used and no cleaning products either. The water from the tap smells horrible . "The office on-site did not manage the room we were in. Different companies seem to own different rooms. On the day we left, the toilet stopped flushing. On our way out I went to the office on-site to inform them, they said that was not their unit, they don't manage it. Not sure how you'd get an issue fixed, thankfully for us the issue happened as we were preparing to leave. The suites are nice. The kitchen is well equipped with cookware and dishware. "The property was updated from the original booking photos. The property was pretty well maintained, when we did arrive there was some frozen popsicles left in the freezer. Communication could have been in instructions to advise where to take out trash etc. Do ensure you bring your own products as they do not supply extra. "The property was clean and smelled great. The front desk clerk was great and friendly! I had problems with accounting staff for the refund of 2 accidental fee they charge. I am still waiting for my money back after 2 weeks of my stay! Very unprofessional manager that I talked too. Every conversation we had talking over me when I was asking questions! Maybe need some customer service training!!!!!"

"The layout of the room was a little awkward but we managed. I wish the room had a broom, after all we were in the beach so sand always finds a way to get in. The room itself had some minor flaws/damages but it was fine. I did appreciate the constant texts checking in and the promptness anytime we asked for something. "
