"This was a cute house with a great location on the lake. Kitchen was well stocked. Sleeping arrangements were not as well as expected. Futons were uncomfortable and not enough for 13 of us present. "

"Second time staying at this location and it’s been amazing both times. Location across the street from Target Field was perfect for us as we were going to a ballgame. It’s also on the main Blue/Green lines for transit so you can zip around the city with ease. The full kitchen was great, especially since we were traveling with a toddler. The 18th floor common area is a great place to hang out before the game. Only negative thing about the property is the parking as you have to pay a third party...

"Overall a nice stay. Property could definitely use some updating but not a bad place to stay. Staff was all nice and helpful when needed. Breakfast left a little to be desired but ok for an extended stay hotel. "

"Our stay in MN was wonderful! The house provided a quaint place to gather with good friends. The two floors allowed our families to keep our normal routines. The location of the house was great for our needs. The host was professional and quick to communicate. There were a few frustrations: the bunk bed in the basement was a bit unsafe, a missing smoke detector in a bedroom basement, a few unclean dishes, and a pair of undies in one of the beds. "

"I’d like to give them a higher rating because every time a problem popped up they worked to solve it! But when we arrived four hours after check-in time last Sunday, the owner seemed to have no advance notice of our week-long booking. The apartment wasn’t cleaned yet and a family member was taking a shower. They were very apologetic about it and we waited about an hour before moving in. We did like the location and the unit was fine overall!"

"A nice place on the river that has a cool MCM vibe. One bedroom is upstairs and the staircase needs to be navigated with some care, but we had no issues. Friendly hosts. We loved our stay and would not hesitate to reserve again."

"This was a great place for our weekend work retreat. The outdoor games and fire pits were perfect for our group. The actual house had plenty of space and all of the kitchen supplies we needed. Highly recommend. "

"We loved staying at this beautiful and spacious apartment in the heart of Linden Hills. It's a short and pleasant walk to coffee shops, restaurants, and retail, and an equally as short and pleasant walk to Lake Harriett. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. Quiet, secure, clean, and enjoyable!"

"This place offers the bare minimum to guests and feels depressing. It technically has all the things it says, but the air conditioning is on the porch and not the bedroom or main area of the house, the kitchen exists but isn’t stocked enough to cook in, and the kayaks are there but you have to walk through 10 feet of mud to get in the lake. It’s on a main road and is loud. It’s not peaceful, so we complained about all of these things and left after one hour. It was worth going to a better place...

"People were dealing/smoking drugs outside or just sitting in their cars. Also I had to put out a cigarette but fire outside the hotel. When trying to find water to put out said fire all ice machines and water fountains were not functioning. Otherwise it was clean, great front desk service and awesome location."
