"The staff at the front desk at check in were fabulous.. Even the next morning day time staff were great.. Room was huge and clean Loved the pool and hot tub.. Only thing is it lacking is an elevator.. carrying luggage to second floor was not easy with bad knees .. I didn’t realize there was no elevator.. ..."
