Entrance with equipped kitchen area: fridge-freezer, mini-oven, microwave, 2 vitro hobs, dishwasher, hood, electric coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, .. Main room with 1 BZ sofa in 160, table, 4 chairs, (pine furniture), large LCD TV, wardrobe. Sleeping area in the living room with 1 foldaway bed in 140 (2024 mattress and separation curtains). Tiled shower room with toilet (small electric radiator). Bright with large bay window (electric roller shutter) opening onto balcony with small garden furniture and manual canvas blind (4.17m2). Clothes horse, ironing kit. Secure and private parking n° 81. Residence with digital code, located directly on the port 100m from the beach, close to shops and entertainment. PETS NOT ALLOWED.

On the 1st line of the Port, residence with elevator. South exposure with superb panoramic view of the port, the sea and the Albères massif. Residence overlooking the entertainment, restaurants, shops and the beach at the front. At the back on private parking and a wooded park with games for children. Ideal for walking holidays!!!
