The facility has a lot of room with a spacious bedroom, living room/kitchen area and a large laundry/freezer room. Maintenance is adequate. The owner was very accomodating of our request for strong A/C and his overall communications were thorough."

"Family and pet friendly with plenty of room to roam around. We really appreciated the out door patio vibe and table/seating and the foosball table and big seating arrangement in the basement. Our grandson had a blast running around down there. They had toys for kids and plates, bowls and silverware for him too, which was a bonus. Communications with the host was very good. Easy access to most every place we were going to. We really needed two showers but that was my mistake and we made it work...
