"I didnt like the bed bugs, or how the owner, rather than dealing with them and refunding, instead claimed i was lying, then that i brought them (this was my first hotel after coming from my home) refused to refund and made me crawl through hoops with expedia to resolve. "Excellent location The little apartment was perfect for us and very comfortable. The entrance of the building needs some painting and cleaning. While the checkout in every other hotel we’ve ever stayed is between 11:00 and noon, here it was 10:30 am which seemed strange. It’s too early!"

"I was sent the wrong code to access the key so was stuck on the street until i contacted someone using the phone number on the email. Foyer was very dark. Lamp wasn't working which made the room even darker. I noticed the light bulb wasn't screwed in then there was light! Had to be careful not to hit my head on the beams in the loft room but the view was nice."

"This property was not what we expected. Air conditioning was advertised yet it was only offered at an additional cost of 10 euro per day. We’ve not encountered this anywhere else we’ve stayed. Expedia advertised that there was a fridge and clothes washer. Neither were present in the room. Not appropriate! We were told that there a fridge in the office but that could only be utilised on request but not accessed after 6.30pm as the office would then be closed. Our bedroom was sparsely furnished...

"Property is on a top floor of a beautiful building. It’s in a very convenient location to restaurants, train station as well as the port. The communication with the host is excellent.
