"The parking was fine, the morning staff was aloof, there was no milk for my tea, the coffee creamer was unacceptable - the room and bedding was clean- the towels were old and dingy - the shampoo in the shower was falling apart and there was no conditioner! I never used to comment on things - but ..."

"Staff was so friendly and helpful. Room was serviced without requesting. That never happens anymore. Rooms are a little dated but clean."
