"Older hotel, but very clean and the staff was always friendly! The pool and arcades were great for the kids! It was a short walk to the river and close to great places to eat! We will stay here again! "

"Beautiful place on the river. Scenic views all around. The property itself was very nice. Everything was clean, but there were a few cobwebs that had caught and lots of gnats several corners of the room. The place had been recently renovated but the tub faucet was really loose. However, the staff was wonderful, friendly, hard working and helpful while we were there for our stay. We would gladly stay here again. "

"We liked the location with amenities close by, room was clean and comfortable would definitely stay again."

"Property appeared newly refurbished and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Check in was smooth and there was ample free parking on site. The hotel is located fairly close to shops, restaurants, Riverside park and Kamloops viewpoint. A most welcome bonus was that there was an outdoor pool that was included. There was also breakfast included which was great but limited to things like granola bars, fresh fruit, muffins, tea coffee, etc. Would definitely stay here again."

"Rooms and property were clean. The staff were accommodating and always readily available. One man saw we were sitting outside the rooms and brought down extra chairs so we would all be comfortable. The website does need to be updated: there is no field with trampoline or picnic space, no continental breakfast available. The BBQs available to use were not clean so we avoided using them. Other than this it was a great weekend. "

"The beds and pillows were amazing. But the person at the front desk at night time lacks basic human interaction skills. I say this because I forgot what time the breakfast started. I called down around 1130 pm, and asked kindly what time breakfast was. She said 7 Am start. I said thank you, she hung up on me without saying you’re welcome, or have a good night, NOTHING. Other than that interaction, the hotel itself is nice. "
