The rooms were clean but the layout of the washrooms were a bit odd with the shower and toilet in the same room without any dividers, so water from the shower sprayed onto the toilet and the entire floor would be wet. "There’s an airport bus stop directly in front of the hotel which is very convenient. The area is very dark and quiet in the evening after sunset and everything is closed. However, it’s walkable to the nearest big market (with some steep slope) but its easy to navigate with Naver. "The location is top-notch. Some of Jeju's must-sees are just around the corner. From the balcony, you look at a nice harbor, the sea, and Hallasan. Rooms are spacious, bathrooms too. (But why can't they provide any bigger towels than the traditional Korean-sized XS towels?) Anyway, the owner is super-helpful and speaks English."

"서귀포 올레시장과 정방폭포를 걸어서 갈 수 있는 올레 여행을 하시려면 추천드립니다. 올레시장 걸어서 10분, OO정 김밥 800m, 천지연폭포 10분, 정방폭포도 가깝고, 서귀포 올레센터 3분 등 위치가 좋습니다. 1층의 편의점이 있어서 좋고, 8층의 루프탑과 수영장은 본 호텔의 장점입니다. (아쉽지만 다른 일정으로 사용못함) 약간 시설은 노후화 되었지만, 최고의 입지, 친절한 프론트, (외국인에게 직접 구글맵에 안내해주시는 모습에 감동 …)., 그리고 만난 음식까지. 추천드려요. "
