"Very friendly staff and parking attendant who took care of parking our car. The rooms were clean but the layout of the washrooms were a bit odd with the shower and toilet in the same room without any dividers, so water from the shower sprayed onto the toilet and the entire floor would be wet. Great location being walking distance to the Maeil Olle Market and close to lots of restaurants. "

"Amazing stay, we checked in the hotel 10:30 p.m. late, the hotel was very thoughtful in providing key-entry information. The room is spacious, clean, comfortable with fast wifi. It has very safe and secured entry door in a quiet and safe neighborhood with beautiful view of the harbor. From our balcony, we were able to watch the sunrise. "서귀포 올레시장과 정방폭포를 걸어서 갈 수 있는 올레 여행을 하시려면 추천드립니다. 올레시장 걸어서 10분, OO정 김밥 800m, 천지연폭포 10분, 정방폭포도 가깝고, 서귀포 올레센터 3분 등 위치가 좋습니다. 1층의 편의점이 있어서 좋고, 8층의 루프탑과 수영장은 본 호텔의 장점입니다. (아쉽지만 다른 일정으로 사용못함) 약간 시설은 노후화 되었지만, 최고의 입지, 친절한 프론트, (외국인에게 직접 구글맵에 안내해주시는 모습에 감동 …)., 그리고 만난 음식까지. 추천드려요. "

"The location is top-notch. Some of Jeju's must-sees are just around the corner. From the balcony, you look at a nice harbor, the sea, and Hallasan. Rooms are spacious, bathrooms too. (But why can't they provide any bigger towels than the traditional Korean-sized XS towels?) Anyway, the owner is super-helpful and speaks English."

"There’s an airport bus stop directly in front of the hotel which is very convenient. The area is very dark and quiet in the evening after sunset and everything is closed. However, it’s walkable to the nearest big market (with some steep slope) but its easy to navigate with Naver. For the check-in, it’s via a machine even though there’s a staff beside it, we have some minor issues to check in via the kiosk and the staff cannot help us except to try key in again via the kiosk for us. "Loved staying here. Decorations were awesome, everything was clean and the staff went above and beyond in helping find my way/getting a taxie for me. I felt safe as a solo woman walking around. Loved every minute. Thank you!"

"Great place to saty while exploring Jeju. Lots of shopping and dining within walking distance. The parking garage is VERY tight and hard to get in and out of. Also, the hot tubs have to be reserved apparently, although there aren't any signs and we didnt see any information about it anywhere."
