"The staff was delightful and committed to the highest service, clearly caring about their work. The hotel room was comfortable, well-designed, with nice bath products, a deep tub and comfortable beds. The room was big by Tokyo standards, and the Ueno neighborhood is lovely, my favorite neighborhood we stayed in Tokyo. Nohga’s restaurant is also outstanding!"

"Great location, just 5 mins walk to Ueno Station / Subway with restaurants, ,shopping stores, supermarket, convenience stores nearby. Room is spacious. The in suite Washer / Dryer is a plus for this family trip. Friendly staffs . The only minor comment is the house keeping is just so so."

"Very small property, cigarette smell right outside our room. Due to guests using the small courtyard to smoke. That’s right in the middle of all of the rooms. Very pricey for what you get from the hotel."

"Really enjoyed staying at dots. tokyo. Location was excellent and the hotel was clean and had everything we needed as a family of four. Washing machine in the room was such a bonus. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Staying near Asakusa was perfect. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, while still being in a quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again."
