"My only complaints is the WiFi was extremely unreliable and would constantly cut off, and I wish there was a way to cover the sunlight from entering the bedroom in the morning. Other than that, I did love everything else about it and do recommend it. it's a whole house basically, definitely oversized for what I needed but no complaints there. Cold ac, too cold. Other than the wifi everything was great."

"Room is big with 2 beds that could fit 2 persons each so me and my daughter slept comfortably. However, had the beds been a western single there could be more floor space for luggage and walking. Our bidet was faulty (runs out of water quickly so button had to be pressed often) but I didn’t let that bother me. "This hotel is a perfect place to unwind after a busy day in Kyoto. All staff are kind and extremely generous with their assistance. We stayed in the Family Room with private balcony. What a treat! It was great having access to water, soda water, coffee, tea and other soda’s. A nice little touch. Amenities were available. A great location. Breakfast was a basic western meal but quite good! And, yes the room can be busy at times. But a great way to start the day ;)"

"This has everything you need for a short stay and is in a nice neighbourhood with a Lawson next door. We chose the location as we had an event at Rohm Theatre. It was an easy walk to the theatre and nearby shrine. Room was clean and spacious with own laundry, kitchenette and loved the bathroom. Water pressure was amazing! Whilst not in the centre of Kyoto it had great transport connections. We used the bus a lot. Thank you for a great stay!"
