"Great house. Nice location near Lake Sumtner. The golf cart was nice addition. The house had everything we needed. We would definitely rent here again. Was just me and the wife, but could handle larger family easier, we didn't even use 2 rooms."

"The location of the home is close to Lake Sumter Landing, pools were very close as well.Any questions or issues I had were promptly taken care of by Tom and Christine."

"Beautiful home with everything needed to make it enjoyable. Very clean and organized with anything you need in the kitchen. The pool and hot tub were great and we enjoyed meals by the pool. The golf cart is perfect for getting around The Villages. We were traveling with 2 Mini Schnauzers and this was perfect. You would not know this place had ever had pets, it was so clean. "My wife and I stayed at Davis's house for a week and absolutely loved it . The house is beautiful , and the outdoor pool and lanai area was outstanding . We spent most of our time out here . Beautiful views of the golf course , and pond . Lots of wildlife , birds , racoon , and an alligator. The villages has so much to do , and David's house was close to everything . We highly recomend "

"The owner was very communicative and responded very quickly to any question or request; simply a great guest / owner experience. The beds were the most comfortable beds that I have ever slept in while traveling; I travel a lot for work so that is an extreme compliment.It was a comfortable, relaxing place to be after a 1500 mile plus drive and dropping children off at college(s). "The home was in a great location, was very clean, the kitchen was so well equipped with anything you needed and had a wonderful screened in lanai.The host, Jim, was very responsive to any questions I had and so patient with the difficulties I was having while booking (my laptop was seriously malfunctioning). I would highly recommend this rental and plan to return in late October."
