"The kitchen set up was nice, the room was very clean the only downside was the breakfast to go were a few choices to choose nothing that i would eat to start my day."

"Jazmine was amazing! She took care of me with the upmost respect she was polite, kind, friendly and respectful. She really showed me amazing hospitality- unlike any other I received. This hotel has everything even yoga. I was accommodated with a crib for my baby. She truly went above and beyond especially allowing early check in. I felt truly honored to be there because of the special treatment. I will def return. This manager Jazmine was the best and highlight of my trip . Super cool. "

There is a clean well-designed room and a beautiful and affordable restaurant with a rooftop view of the city. There is a DJ and dancing too. They serve brunch and are open until midnight with cocktails. The main entrance has lovely furnishings and you can work there. It is a central UWS location for the arts whether work or leisure. "The staff are super friendly and very helpful. Central location and easy access to public transportation. Love the rooftop terrace with 24hrs access with self-service coffee and tea. Water machine on each floor. Laundry machine is an added bonus. Highly recommended."

"The location of the Hyatt Regency Times Square was perfect! It was located right in the middle of downtown which made it super convenient. We were able to walk to many of the attractions and shopping with no problem. The hotel was clean and the rooms were roomy. I have already said this is where we will stay on return visits. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas!"

"Very cool hotel. Location was amazing to the subway. Incredible views. The room was a little dusty so not super clean. Didn’t have much interaction with the staff. The dining seemed really great but the service was not amazing. But it was new years and busy. The elevator situation took a while because only 2 were in function so took a long time to go up and down. Overall, cool hotel and we would stay here again. "
