"The house and the view were absolutely amazing! The driveway is pretty steep, but there was enough parking for everyone. The back doors did stick, but other than that the house was absolutely perfect and my family had an amazing time! Greg and Christa were very helpful, informative, and had great communication. I would definitely stay here again! "

"Our athletic team and coaches stayed here for the weekend to attend the Junior National Championship at the Sid Richardson Ranch. Getting into the house was easy. John was a great communicator and quick to respond to questions and request. The house was spacious and had plenty of beds for all of us (as well as additional air mattresses). The 3 bathrooms were a huge plus for a group of 10. Laundry facility was on grounds plus laundry detergent. The kitchen was well equipped with many pots and...

"What a fun place to celebrate a couple of 80th birthdays with our extended family! There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep, sit and eat. Everyone enjoyed the outdoor areas, especially the pool and the skeet shooting. Communication with the property managers was fantastic, starting from the day we booked. It was a great long weekend for our group!"

"This place had everything we needed. It was very close to the church where we were in town for a memorial. The kitchen is well appointed. I can't think of a thing we needed that wasn't already there. There is plenty of room to spread out! My sister & I both slept quite well in our beds. The TV was a big plus, as our team was in the NFL playoffs. The property mgr, Teri promptly responded with our question, as did the owner. "Ned and Heather were accommodating and great. They made sure we had what we need and checked in with us a couple of times via text to be sure we didn't need anything. The cottage was clean, stocked, and comfortable. The cottage is out in the country but close enough to get to town in less than 15 minutes. If we go back to the area, we definitely will be staying there again!"
