"I’ve stayed here many times for business and the breakfast is always good and the rooms always clean. I was here for 6 nights which has been my longest stay. What was really noticeable over a longer period was how EVERY staff member was so polite, helpful and friendly. "

"The hotel is in a great location and we enjoyed our stay. The only thing that left a mark was the bed, it was quite uncomfortable because it was not a double bed but one that was made up for two out of a single and what seemed to be a sort of pull out bed. That was the only minor thing during what was otherwise a lovely stay!! We did highlight to staff and hopefully they will upgrade the bed. Thank you to the staff who were brilliant !!!"

"Room was good &very clean. My main criticism was the tidying up from the Toymaster convention left the place looking quite messy & was noisy late into the evening & early the next morning. Also £18 a night for parking is ridiculously high"

Second room was supposed to be an upgrade, looked like room had been updated, but carpet was badly stained. Headboard coming away from the wall, they tried to hold it on with a bracket. "We were allowed to check in before 3.00pm as we arrived early. The room was clean but very dated and the furniture was old and shabby. The room carper was threadbare in places. Shower was OK once we got it work. The whole building looked tired and in need of alot if work.
