"We had a one bedroom apartment which was compact but had all the appliances we needed. The bed was very comfortable. A continental breakfast was included in the tariff and a pancake machine was available. The breakfast was more than adequate but if a cooked breakfast is required a person would have to go elsewhere. The property is so central that many activities are within walking distance. The light rail is at the front door. We are very happy with Madison and would choose it again."

"Stayed here for two nights and most importantly was incredibly warm for the duration (we stayed mid-winter!) It's a funny place to stay, while check-in is at the hotel foyer, the apartments are located at 1 and 5 Macquarie St, so entering them is via a different location. So if you're staying in an apartment, don't expect it to be the same as a regular hotel stay. I'd equate it almost to a serviced apartment.
