Our room was just as amazing with the comfiest bed and pillow menu to boot . The hotel had beautiful Christmas decorations inside and out ( I believe Christmas doesn’t finish until the end of January) . It was warm and welcoming . The hotel spa and sauna , again was aesthetically pleasing and was just what we needed after our day of adventures...

"Perfect base to explore Krakow. Room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed including fridge ( stocked with a mini bar) microwave, hob, safe, ironing board and super hot and powerful shower. Everything was spotless and when the outside temperature was -12 our room was warm and cosy. The breakfast had everything you could think off, from cereal, bacon, eggs to homemade jams, fresh honey comb and everything inbetween. The reception area is staffed 24 hours a day and staff are friendly...
