"The Stormont is in a great location in Belfast. Our room did have a few maintenance needs, in particular a shower that was difficult to regulate due to malfunctioning taps and a lamp that wasn’t working. The bathroom could have been cleaner. The staff in the lounge were extremely helpful and courteous. Overall, it was a good stay."

"Location and cost superb. Friendly staff. I figured the amenities would be bare, but not quite as bare as they were. No sizable flat area to set items such as an iPad or laptop. There was a folding chair to sit on. On Sunday at 4:15 am the fire alarm sounded for seventeen minutes--apparently a malfunction. That was a bummer. Overall, a solid, affordable experience that could be made better."

"We received a very friendly and professional welcome at reception. We arrived early on the morning so left our luggage in the secure storage (donation asked for towards the Air Ambulance). "The WORST service I have ever had. Despite the fact that the website I booked on said there was parking nearby refused to help me find it or give help. Said it was a "liability issue" and told me to "just read the signs". Despite not being able to give the basic advice, were totally condescending about it. I've never met such unhelpful and unfriendly service in my many, many hotel experiences. The beds were terrible, the walls paper thin. Stay somewhere else."
