"There were lots of things about the stay that needed some work. It started when we attempted to rent another property owned by the same group & were told days later that it wasn't available. They asked me to cancel, then communication became spotty. We then unknowingly booked another property owned by the same people a second time, but elected to hope for the best.At the rental, the information within the house discussed not smoking, but the house smells of old cigarette smoke. "Super cute place. Exactly as pictured. The bed was comfortable and the host was very friendly. My only complaint was that the apartment was on the 3rd floor and there were only stairs. (The listing may have said this… I don’t remember) Normally, this wouldn’t be an issue for me, but I am currently 7 months pregnant and had a large suitcase. Definitely got my exercise! "The host and co host were quick to respond but there were some problems with the home that did not meet our expectations with the price point. We could have used some extra blankets, there were missing remotes, and a broken doorknob locked us out late at night. I have full confidence that the host will get everything fixed and back up to standards. He was responsive and kind, but he home did not meet our expectations for the price point this time. "
