"The hotel is a short 2 minute walk to the nearest bus stop with buses leaving regularly to and from the city center (a 30-minute bus ride). It is also only 2-3 stops from the Edinburgh Zoo. Breakfast is available, but not included, and is a little pricey, even for the cheapest- the 'continental style' breakfast."

"Likes - checking-in was easy and check-in staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious enough. Breakfast was buffet-style and had adequate choices for my needs. There is a good bus service into Edinburgh city centre. Dislikes - my room overlooked the neighbouring restaurant so early evening was a bit noisy. "

"Super spacious, very detail oriented from furniture choice to their location, you can tell the effort they put in to provide to best accommodation experience. Friendly reception and staff. Only thing is the mattress is on the softer side, but if you’re comfortable with soft mattresses, then this is the hotel for you."

"The property itself is nice and tastefully decorated. Stayed in the Belford room, and it was nicely presented but SMALL. There was nowhere to put luggage, no storage, and only 4 hangers. I was travelling from Canada so had a large suitcase that I had to leave on the floor and live out of. I shared the room with my sister and we were constantly falling over each other.
