"We all had a good week and a good time at the Cottage. Your house is well suited for our stay, and we appreciate all the amenities you provided. The interior was clean, the kitchen well equipped (except we could have used one or two small pots), the bathrooms tidy, the bedding comfortable and the sitting areas relaxing. "Beautiful location. It was great for our family but if it were for a family with teens of different sexes it would be difficult as all bedrooms are connected . You have to walk through each bedroom to get to your own bedroom or even to the bathroom. There is not a hallway. As you go up the stairs the first bedroom with beds is right there. It is a beautiful place very comfortable. I would go there again!!!"

"My friends and I stayed for memorial day and it was a blast. Would definitely come back! There is sulphur water which isn't a big deal if you know about it beforehand. The view from the dock and upper deck is awesome."

"Nice and peaceful location. We really enjoyed the firepit and hot tub. Loved the convenience of rinsing off in the outdoor shower as well. The house was well stocked. There were extra throw blankets and even a fire starter for the fire pit. I would recommend if you are looking for a relaxing getaway. "

"What a beautiful home in such a scenic place! We enjoyed every minute of our vacation here this summer. We picked up groceries in Roxboro on the way there and did not have to leave until our trip was over and it was time to return home. "The house was beautiful and spacious with a great view of the lake. It was a great place for a girl's weekend and would be great for a family too. Everything you need is right there; fire pit, hot tub, canoes, pool table, pet beds, and even baby cribs. I would definitely stay here again."

"We had a great stay. We had my 84 year old father and mother and three adult children and spouses and 2 adult grandkids with their spouses. The house was plenty big enough and the walk to the dock was nice and flat. We stayed in June during a massive heatwave in the upper 90s each day. We would like to come back in the fall. The kitchen was stocked with everthing imaginable and loads of china. My mother was so excited. We ate on different china for each meal. "

"The view of the cove from the deck was great and a short walk to the deck and water. The cove was shallow but we were able to dock the pontoon. The house is a short boat ride to town. It felt like we were in the woods but actually in a neighborhood. I would stay there again. "

"Quiet cottage in the woods, solar powered with a generator. Very peaceful and relaxing. Walk to the dock is fairly short. We brought a collapsible wagon, to tote chairs, cooler, and fishing rods , had no issues with the wagon on the trail. Highly recommend! If you are looking for peace and quiet and a place, this is your place! We will be back"

"We had a wonderful stay at this lake front property. The house accommodated 3 generations of our family. The basement was perfect for the teenagers and kids. They enjoyed the ping pong and air hockey tables. We brought our boat and enjoyed so much time on the water, as well as floating, swimming and fishing from the dock. The communication from the owner was excellent and we highly recommend this vacation rental. "
