"The location was great - walking distance to several downtown businesses. It was very clean and comfortable. Was cool at night and warm during the day but had no issues with heating or cooling. Some issues with internet/Wifi first night but was fixed next day. Shower had good water pressure and bed was comfortable. Only suggestion is to add a light above the vanity in the bathroom. "Worked great for us! Best bang for your buck!! I definitely recommend staying here. We spent Thanksgiving here & did some trail riding with a rented Expedition from in Lead. We cooked breakfast every morning & it had all the kitchen utensils you would need. The grill cover from the previous people had covered up the hot water sensor outside & I had to bug the host on Thanksgiving— he was very responsive & helped me figure it out immediately.
