Beautifully styled new home with great view over meadows.

This beautifully styled new home, in authentic haystack hexagon shape, was built in 2017. There has always been a haystack in this place. In the former farmyard we have two more 2-person holiday homes, homes 802773. We are located between Delft, The Hague, Rotterdam and Hoek van Holland beach. Only 15 km from Hoek van Holland harbour. And close to Keukenhof, Kinderdijk, Gouda and Amsterdam.
From this house on the back of the plot you can enjoy far views over meadows with lots of birds, Cows and sheep. The livingroom feels airy and roomy because of the big open space to the roof. Costs nor effort has been saved on materials and style. Smart TV incl Netflix in the livingroom.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with oven/microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer. The bedroom adjoins the living room and bathroom with toilet. The entire ground floor is heated with underfloor heating.
The second bedroom is upstairs and has an adjoining room with washing machine, toilet and washbasin.
The terrace is illuminated at night. The thatched roof covers two meters of the larger terrace.
One car can be parked right next to the frontdoor. A second vehicle can be parked in the parking lot on the property within 25 meters.
From the kitchen you can see the henhouse with chickens where you can collect an egg for breakfast. There is no rooster so you will not be woken up early.
For children there are walking bikes, tracktor, skelter, trampoline and our small animals.
A small boat with electric motor and two canoes can be used. Larger boats can be rented nearby.
In the garage for mobile homes behind the house your bikes can be locked up.

We stayed with our daughter who uses a powerchair - houses works really well - doors wide and only step into the house but the host kindly told us of that so we came with a small ramp - all good!

Wunderschönes Haus im Grünen

Das Haus liegt sehr schön in der Natur und trotzdem nah an schönen Städten. Die Ausstattung ist bis auf Kleinigkeiten umfangreich, ausreichend Platz für zwei Paare, die bereit sind, sich eine Duscjhe zu teilen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

La struttura è veramente deliziosa, la casa di design è nuova e pulitissima. Calda al punto giusto. Letti comodi. Marteen ci ha permesso di prendere le chiavi e lasciare il bagaglio in casa anche se l'orario del check in era molto più tardi. Perfect Getaway

Das Haus war viel größer als erwartet. Es liegt inmitten von Feldern und Kanälen aber super nah zu Den Haag und Rotterdam. Für uns genau das Richtige für unseren Wochenendausflug mit Allem, was wir bräuchten. Gerne wieder.

Great apartment in a great location, perfect host.

The apartment was spotless with everything you needed to be home away from home. It was very unique and comfortable. it was very spacious and overlooked the farming area so peaceful and relaxing. The bed and bed linen were of quality which make for a perfect nights sleep. Parking was available right outside the door which was appreciated. If travelling with more than 2 people there is a second toilet and wash basin upstairs next to the second bedroom, where the wash machine is also located. It was a great apartment for exploring Rotterdam, Delft and The Hague and surround areas. We would highly recommended stay here. You can even collect the eggs from the chickens right outside your front door. Thanks Marteen.

Ferienhaus entspricht nicht ganz der Beschreibung

Nette Gastgeber, Haus innen sauber, schön eingerichtet und gewisse Gegenstände etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Man sollte bei der Beschreibung der Unterkunft erwähnen, dass die Organisation "bijon on zorg" sich auf den gleichen Gelände befindet. Es ist eine Tagespflege für Kinder mit geistiger Behinderung. Von Montag - Samstag von 9:00 - 19:00 Uhr, an Spitzentagen befinden sich bis zu 13 Autos auf den Gelände. Absolute Ruhe und Erholung ist tagsüber nicht gewährleistet. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist in Summe unstimmig.

Perfect for relaxing

Spacious accomodation with nice flair. Perfect for having calm and peaceful holidays. And if it gets too calm and peaceful, Rotterdam, Delft, Den Haag and the Beach are not far away. Best mixture and absolutely recommendable!

Beautiful home in peaceful location

The house was immaculate and in a lovely location opposite a canal. The house was set up well with insect netting to prevent the flies getting in. There were chickens outside where we found eggs and lovely views of the cows in the neighbouring fields. A great stay!

Wunderbar ruhig

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in einer sehr idyllischen Umgebung und dabei trotzdem sehr guter Lage mit kurzen Entfernungen zum Meer und interessanten Städten (Rotterdam, Den Haag, Delft…) Alles auch prima mit den Fahrrädern zu machen und der Vermieter war zudem überaus nett und hilfsbereit.

Schönes ruhiges Haus auf dem Land

Wir haben das Haus und den Garten sehr genossen. Waren oft auf den Golfplatz Delfland , in Rotterdam und Den Haag. Das Restaurant Brasserie Oostergaard ( 15 Minuten zu Fuß ) ist sehr empfehlenswert , Maarten war auch sehr nett. Viel Spaß dort ! Ehepaar Stampfer Köln

Idyllisch und ein super Vermieter

Das Ferienhaus liegt ruhig mitten in der Natur. Man kann sofort auf's Rad steigen und losfahren, Delft, Rotterdam oder Den Haag sind gut mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. Das Ferienhaus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Das Haus ist sehr hell und auch der kleine Garten um das Haus sehr schön. Der Vermieter ist einfach super. Ich war mit meiner 84 jährigen Mutter dort und wollte mit ihr die Gegend mit einer Rikscha erkunden. Der Besitzer vom Fahrradverleih ist allerdings schon eine Woche vor unserer Anreise nach Afrika gereist. Maarten, der Vermieter vom Ferienhaus, war bereit die Rikscha schon vor unserer Anreise in seine Garage zu stellen und dort durfte sie auch nach unserer Abreise bleiben bis sie der Fahrradverleih wieder abholt. Maarten spricht sehr gut deutsch und steht mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung. Für uns war es eine sehr schöne Zeit. Vielen Dank
