Our charming newly renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom entire upstairs stay is nestled nearby Māori village,Te Puia Geyser, golf course Dadzy bike skills park and Redwood Forest
3 Good quality Queen beds and 2 single beds can easily accommodate up to 8 people.
The well-appointed kitchen is a highlight, not only for its contemporary amenities but also for the stunning view from the window, where you can gaze upon the mesmerizing sight of steam rising in the distance, creating a memorable and revitalizing escape for you.
This modern, thoughtfully renovated house offers an abundance of space and comfort, making it an ideal getaway. Its prime location near the city center ensures easy access to all the attractions Rotorua has to offer.

There is a significant amount of road noise with trucks rumbling past shaking the house all night.Otherwise, there is absolutely nothing wrong with the house or the check-in/out ccommunications.It is clean and well equipped. The showers have good pressure.The owner is very helpful and tried to accommodate our request for early arrival and late departure as much as possible.There is an internal garage which is great for storing bikes and the house is very well located for getting to/from Whakarewarewa forest and to other Rotorua attractions.

Very easy to check in, Ning the host was very welcoming & friendly; prompt in responding to messages. We were surprised by how spacious the kitchen and living room area was; we were a group of 5 adults, but there was definitely plenty of room for more people! Property was very clean.The only minor issue was the proximity to the road. The house is quite close to the road and it is busy, so it is noisy. Many large trucks pass by every 5-10 minutes, even late at night, and every time one passes, the house shakes. At first it seemed like a train passing by right next to the house. So if you are very sensitive to noise and vibration, this might be an issue for you. We spent most of the days out, so we were very tired and the noise did not affect our sleep. Overall still very happy with the stay!

Perfect house for 4 friends traveling together. The kitchen was stocked with all the equipment to cook an American Thanksgiving meal. (We are from the US and were staying there over Thanksgiving at home). The house is in a great location to town and other activities, although it's a little noisy being on a busy street. We would definitely book this property again!

It was a fantastic home. You could see that the owner takes care off his property. My friends and family enjoyed using the wood burner provided during the night. The placed did rattle on occasion due to trucks as we were on a main road. My brother felt it added character. Because it was so close to everything it outweighed any minor sound annoyance.

We had everything we needed for the three night stay. Our kitchen was very well appointed and the place had more than enough room. We walked to most of our hikes and grocery stores. I would highly recommend it.

Clean, roomy home

The home is roomy and clean. It was nice to have shampoo/soap provided. We weren’t at the home long, and didn’t cook, so I can’t say how well stocked the kitchen is. There were lots of beds. The only downside is the house rumbles when the lumber trucks drive by, which is fairly frequently.

Fantastic place, one major issue

This holiday accommodation is beautifully presented, exceptionally clean and well appointed. Would recommend as long as you can deal with the one downside. This is the trucks mentioned in the online listing. The noise of them is not a problem, it is the seismic movement of the house as they go past that is problematic! The rocking of the house will wake you up/keep you awake unless you are a heavy sleeper. If you have been traumatized by an earthquake, this is definitely not the place for you! Other than that, this is a really great holiday home.
