Welcome to Unique, a home-like stay in Rotorua! Perfect for your family or group. Enjoy a premium position, a spacious house and panoramic views over the district. This is stylish outshines for location and lifestyle.Wake up to the view, step out onto the deck and enjoy the sunshine and amazing lake view. Speedy and unlimited fibre internet, cotton beddings, clean towels, plenty kitchenware are supplied. It is just 7 minutes away from the city centre of Rotorua by car.

This entire house is yours during your Rotorua visit. An entertainer's delight with large open plan living that flows out onto sunny warp-around decking; functional for families and guests with two bedrooms & bathroom below and the master bedroom, ensuite and walk-in-wardrobe upstairs.

The house can accommodate up to 6 people and has 3 bedrooms that can be arranged respectively depending on how many people booked.
Bedroom configures:
The master bedroom has a super-king bed.
The second bedroom has a double bed.
The third bedroom has two king singe beds.
*All linen and towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hair dryer included during your stay

Overall the house was great and accommodating our needs.Views we're amazing overlooking the city and lake Rotorua a real highlight.Spacious lounge with open kitchen and bedroom an ensuite and heating upstairs.Downstairs double garage full bathroom, hot tub and 2x bedrooms however it was cooler so extra bedding in winter would be needed.The refrigerator is very small which was not very helpful.Some basic instructions for use of hob would be helpful too.Otherwise one night stay was great TY Fiona

Wonderful house and location

We stayed here while visiting Rotorua. The house is very large, in a beautiful setting, and close to everything we wanted to see.The bathrooms are a bit dated and tired, but everything else was wonderful.We will miss the fabulous views!

Beautiful accommodation

We arrived in the dark and it was raining. We were amazed at how beautiful the house was. It was so warm, clean and tidy. It had everything we needed. A lovely quiet street with a fabulous view too.

Location was great. Cleanliness was ok, upstairs shower doors needs a good cleaning. Don’t walk barefoot on the decking as the protruding nails will be a bother.

Very clean property. Spacious with everything you need to enjoy. Communication with the property manager excellent. Quick response with anything we required. The area was peaceful and had direct access to the town centre.

Great stay, thank you

Property was perfect for our needs, clean and tidy and had all the amenties we required. Great kitchen, nice layout, heaps of room to relax and catch up with friends. Close to CBD. Could do with some more and upgraded outdoor furniture on the balcony and had to lock the front door with key at night which was bizzare, but thats just nit picking. Overall would recommend for group of up to 6 people (3 couples).

Nice Batch

Enjoyed our stay. Nice spacious house. Bit cold downstairs during winter but there were some heaters in the bedrooms. It has basic kitchenware & appliances & a towel each. Washing machine is a bonus. Nice view out to the lake.

Wonderful well kept property

Lovely big house for our family of 5 to stay in. House was immaculate and had everything we needednto cook at night. So spcaious for a 3 bedroom house. Views looking down to the Lake were great as well.only downside is we only had 1 night so couldnt make the most of the property. Well definitely be back for a longer stay next time
