Kick back and relax in our newly built home.Rotorua's icon the redwood forest, is only a short 5minute bike away there you can walk above the trees or simply get on your bike (walk) and enjoy the scenery around you. There is a park nearby to keep the kids entertained. Short drive to all of our lakes weather you like to fish ski or swim. Good George the coffee club Motion Entertainment nearly at your doorstep! come and check us out and have a awesome time exploring rotorua.

We had access to everything we needed- a fantastic stay and close to all the activities in and around Rotorua making for a great 'base'Plenty of room for our family of 5 and will absolutely book again if we have the opportunity. PS- Laundry was great to have after visiting Hell's Gate mud baths!

This is a home away from home. Amazing use of space, and brilliant outdoor area thats well sheltered from the weather. I have slight ocd and whoever built and put this property together must also share the same eye for detail. My family loved staying here, very private and peaceful. Well appointed with quality whiteware etc.Very clean and tidy.100% recommend.Thankyou Ben.

Private and cosy

We loved our stay here. The property was very very clean and warm and provided great privacy. The spa was a fun addition. It would have been nice to have extra towels for the spa and also some larger cooking pots.

Short stop in Rotorua during our honeymoon

This location and property was fantastic! very close to town, airport, and major roadways. The property itself was beautiful, nicely decorated and extremely clean. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone.

The location is really handy to town, the redwoods and the road to the Blue Lake (Tikitapu) and the property was just what we needed for our family stay. Would definitely recommend it

Awesome place to stay

Loved this wee little gem. Great size for family with 3 teens - had everything we needed for a busy weekend with family events. Didn't get to try out the spa as we were too busy but would have great in Winter. Loved the well stocked kitchen esp the coffee machine and being able to use the washing machine/dryer. Place was super clean and had a great outside area

Great spot for a fun weekend!

This was such a great place to stay for the weekend. We were down for an event and found it all super convenient, a lovely house that suited our needs perfectly! Would definitely recommend and if we're down for the event next year, this will be our first choice!

Beautiful place, nicely furnished, warm and comfortable. Everything you need was there. The spa was such a cool addition to it also! Private outside too. Would definitely book again in future travels to Rotorua.
