"My daughter and I stayed at this property while she was working on her private pilot's license at Lincoln airport, and I telecommuted. This lovely house did not disappoint! Super clean and comfortable and had a well equipped kitchen so I could cook. It was also very close to grocery stores, restaurants, and the community rec center. It was just like being at home (except I didn't have to mow the lawn!). Quiet and friendly neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again."

"Does not look like it’s pictured. It’s dirty, and dusty. The owners control the AC UNIT, and won’t go below 72. The female owner is rude!"

"Adorable craftsman apartment with a great layout. We loved how the bedrooms are on opposite sides of the unit — it worked perfectly for our group, especially with a 22-month-old and a few snorers. The AC worked without any issues, which we were especially thankful for with 102-degree weather.There’s a Keurig coffee maker available, but we opted to buy a pour-over from the nearby Co-op (about a 15-minute walk). Street parking has time limits, so we really appreciated having access to the gated...

"First this place is convenient for being right downtown Sac. There is adequate parking. The bbq was not user friendly. The neighborhood is quiet at night. However, my sister did have to go spend about 150 on cleaning supplies as the floors and countertops (which are wrapped in a plastic wrap with a design) were dirty. The floor in one shower the paint was peeling back. There is no washer as stated..it is a coin op down the street which had no working washing machines and no soap to wash if...

"The house is very charming. It is as it appears on the website. The wood and vintage touches were very artful and enjoyable. The main house was easy and comfortable. The pool is very nice and easy for all to use. The back two rooms were very nice, well appointed and very comfortable. This a an architecturally special home and we loved it. "We had a large 5 family group celebrating the end of our homeschool year learning about CA history. This was a perfect central location for that! We visited Sutter's Fort, Sutter's Mill, The Capital, RR Museum, Gold Bug Mine & downtown Placerville. The house was perfect for the families with kids that ranged from 1.5 to 16y.
