"We enjoyed the house, it was roomy and pretty clean. I would suggest that housekeeping uses unscented soaps and dryer sheets when washing sheets & towels. I am highly sensitive to scents and had a hard time however I brought my own sheets and even though I used my own sheets the scent was still there probably from the mattress cover. The towels were just as bad. Also, the listing should state no swimming at the property. I would not have known that if I hadn’t sent a text to the owner regarding...

"First off the house is way better than what the pictures present online. She responds very quickly which is always appreciated. The house was very clean and very nice . tons of sleeping areas nice firepit very nice neighborhood right down the street is swimming or fishing and the beach is only 3 minutes away nice location really loved it would definitely stay there again next year. So if you're looking for a real nice place close to water for fishing and swimming activities and look no further...

"Our family getaway to Russell’s Roost truly could not have been a better experience. The camper was clean and had all that we needed. The host went out of his way to personally escort us to the boat launch, get kayaks ready for the kids to use, and set out outdoor yard games for our family. He even sold us wood onsite and helped us put the bed down in the camper (we were first time camper users!). Fantastic experience, we look forward to booking again next summer!"

"Sisters getting together for a couple of priceless days. This was a great cabin to catch up on some old stories of our past & present lives. Thecabin was very clean well equipped & very cozy.
