"One night stay to do a parkrun nearby in Glasgow and had a good night at this hotel. Room was comfortable and quiet. Couldn't get the air con to work so it was a little warm. The on site gym is good and the buffet breakfast was fine. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. We paid an additional £20 as we had our dog with us and we left the room spotless so not sure what the extra charge is for. With free parking and free WiFi also included the price is otherwise good value for this...

"a driver was refused a pre booked room as she arrived in the early hours, the excuse given you can only check in between 15.00pm and 22.00pm ??? if there room times are from 15.00pm to 11.00am next day then why did they turn away a lady coach driver in the early hours of the morning, refusing to let her check in to a pre purchased room and forcing her to sleep in a carpark on her own in the middle of the night TOTALL UNACEPTABLE AND NEEDS ADDRESSING"

"Inside this hotel, it is very outdated. The room I stayed in was dirty, marks all over the walls and ceilings. I tried to avoid being in the room if I could. The staff were okay - when I checked in - I was not told about WIFI code, restaurant opening hours, gym etc. I later then discovered when I asked - there was a A4 document he should've given me. I eat in the bar as was told restaurant would be busy even though it was empty. I would not be going there again. Advertisement is misleading - is...

"Very near to the local shops and luckily Wetherspoons because no breakfast was available at the Bentley Hotel. I only saw one staff member who seemed to do everything except clean the bedrooms. If the Hotel finishes its refurbishment the I would probably stay there again."

"OMG! We arrived and I immediately realized my phone fell out of my pocket in the taxi. Claire was outstanding as I was losing my composure and she was very calming. She knew what to do to help me get my phone back and brought my phone to me with some prosecco! "
