"Excellent stay at the Swissotel Tbilisi. Very convenient location 20 minute walk to the old town, very well appointed and modern rooms, and a great breakfast. The service by the staff was of a high standard as well, particuarly Mariam at Concierge. Would definitely stay here again, and would recommend to any visitors to the city."

The staff is very helpful, the apartment is clean, the kitchen has everything you need for housing. The only minus: sometimes the Wi-Fi signal is not good in a bedding room, but perfect in the living room and kitchen. "

Staff communicates efficiently via whatsapp. For example, you can order cleaning service for a specific time (or decline it altogether). The cleaning lady was kind enough to do my laundry for free. Overall - go for it."

El personal es sumamente amable, siempre dispuesto a ayudar.
La ubicación esta muy bien, a 7 minutos caminando de la avenida principal donde hay muchas tiendas y restaurantes.
Es importante que tomen en cuenta que para llegar al hotel hay que caminar una subida, aprox. 7 minutos, o bien tomar un taxi que son muy baratos.
