"City centre, in comparison with other hotels, you don’t need to go to the mountain , the location is in the middle of a main street. Shopping, restaurants - whatever you want. The staff is very helpful, the apartment is clean, the kitchen has everything you need for housing. The only minus: sometimes the Wi-Fi signal is not good in a bedding room, but perfect in the living room and kitchen. "

"My initial impression after a few minute uphill walk and climb up a spiral staircase wasn’t great, but this place got better every day. It’s family run, charming and quirky. Pretty good location. Maybe not for everyone but I recommend it. "

"The hotel feels like a quiet corner tucked into the middle of the city. Room was neat and warm, and I liked that the staff were present without being over the top. One afternoon I needed help navigating to a local gallery, and reception not only explained the way but also shared a shortcut. The terrace made mornings feel a little slower, in a good way—coffee, bread, and some fresh air before heading out. A very easy, comfortable stay."

"Communication with the hotel prior to arrival was exceptional. The hotel staff showed great kindness and were highly accommodating, making me feel welcomed and valued as part of their family. "Ao chegar, mesmo antes da hora, me foi oferecido um quarto que já estava pronto e superior ao que tinha reservado. Ou seja, me deram um upgrade de quarto e um checkin antecipado. O quarto era muito confortável, com cama grande, minibar, chaleira elétrica. Banheiro com chuveiro com água boa e quente. Café da manhã com variedades. Staff muito atencioso. "Hotel is very cosy, welcoming and clean. Position is perfect because it is very close to Rustaveli street and metro station, but in a silent street, so you can avoid the noise of the main street.
