She helped me out greatly my first night when I locked myself out of my room and were very accommodating since they had to take me on short notice due to another hotel cancelling on me, the first day of Sonic Temple no less. Truly some life savers and the place felt so cozy and wonderful! 10/10 would recommend"

"The room was clean and the staff were helpful (& the hot tub was actually hot). Good housekeeping. The cafe in the lobby stopped serving food pretty early. The tub was several inches higher than the bathroom floor and seems like a significant slip hazard which I didn't particularly like. No significant noise from the other rooms but there was some traffic & train noise (fairly close to the tracks). wifi was included but was inconsistent.
