"Nicolò could not have been more welcoming and helpful, he arrived in his bicycle to let us in and show us around, he gave us lots of local information including many dining options, he provided maps and tourist guides. "What a charming place. From the entrance to to the features in the room. Coffee cups with tea and coffee, rolls, yogurt and juice and milk. Also water bottles. More that I expected. Good bed. Walking up the flights of stairs with suitcase is a lesson to pack lighter! We arrived late. Immediately responded how to get in to get our key. Great communication"
