"Awesome villa! Everything was found to be as advertised and more. BananaKeet is comfortable, safe, beautifully appointed and best of all, it's right on the beach. My 3 sons and I stayed from 8/13-8/20/25 and want to go back next year. The owners and property manager were so accommodating that they felt like family. Book it for your next vacation - you won't be disappointed. "

"Avie was wonderful to work with during our fabulous trip. He arranged for our rental car to be delivered to his beautiful location we stayed at and made sure we had transportation from airport ready and there to pick us up once we arrived. "My husband and I love Exuma and decided to take our adult children this trip!Island Time is paradise - the home, the amenities and the views are amazing!The location is perfect - in fact we only left the property twice! "This place was perfect for us since we needed one night near the GGT airport. It is close to the airport and very comfortable. We could walk a couple minutes to a beach with no one else around. The proprietors were very nice and easy to reach on WhatsApp. The Internet was a little slow. There were no nearby restaurants or food stores, but we took a taxi to Georgetown for a most delicious dinner. If you spend time there, it might be best to rent a car."

"This house is nothing short of amazing! We felt like we were on our own island. It is so nice having a private pool and beach right at your back door, and the water is so beautiful. We even had a sea turtle swim along the shore. The house is about 10 minutes from Georgetown, 5 minutes from Blu, and 30 from Santanna’s, so it’s in a great location. The beds are super comfy. We had 9 people and had plenty of room for everyone. I would stay here again and again. "

"Our week’s stay at Jack’s Island House was amazing. There were 11 of us ranging from 9 to 73 (5 adults & 6 kids).Jack has thought of absolutely everything including things we didn’t expect.
