OCEANVIEW Rodanthe - If you are ready for some OCEAN DELIGHT, you can just jump right in to the private swimming pool and bubbly hot tub that welcome you to this 5 bedroom retreat. You can't go wrong with the large game room complete with pool table and wet bar with full size refrigerator and microwave that also features a comfortable seating area in front of the TV. There is also a queen bedroom on this level with semi-private bath. The mid level of this delightful home features 3 bedrooms (2 queen masters, 1 with a pyramid bunk), a hall bath and a den with TV/DVD. The upper level king master suite rounds out the delightful bedroom options. Vaulted ceilings in the upper level great room accent the windows overlooking the ocean where you can experience true OCEAN DELIGHT. The complete kitchen has stainless steel appliances and the inviting dining area features sliders to the front deck. Charcoal grill for grilling. Fun time had by all!

Best house we’ve had over the years! House surpassed our expectations. Very nice! Excellent location to beach. Every amenity you need. Pool and hot tub were also a hit. The only thing to even mention was the grass was a bit tall, but we LOVED everything this house had to offer!!!

Great vacation

The house was beautiful and nicer than the pictures, It is very spacious and nicely decorated. It is a very short walk to the ocean. The ocean view from the third floor deck was amazing. The elevator and second refrigerator were a plus. The kitchen was fully stocked with untensils and cookware. Lisa always responded fast to anything I asked and during our stay informed us of activities in the area. We had a great stay!!

Wonderful House!

We had a great time at this house; it was perfect for our family and so close to the beach. Our kids all want to go back and stay there again. Lisa was so responsive to anything I asked, she’s fantastic!

Family getaway reunion

The house was better than pictures ! So clean and plenty room for 11 of us never felt crowded. Such a short walk to beach. Kitchen was stocked with plenty cooking utensils and pans too cook. Really nicely laid out and decorated.

Lovely home

House was perfect and stocked with bathroom and kitchen essentials. Owner was very responsive with questions. Beautiful view of the ocean and only a few steps to the ocean! We enjoyed our stay!

Great views and location

We had a rough start because one of the air conditioning units was broken. We slept the first night without it but the unit was replaced the next day. The house is great and it is close to the beach. The only negative with the beach is that you have to climb a sand dune to get to it. My 70 year old parents had a tough time with that. Other wise it is pretty close to perfect!

Lovely home!

This home is really very nice. We really appreciate the large kitchen island. It has had several upgrades since the last time we were here. New furniture in both living spaces, new LVP flooring, new carpet and most of the outdoor deck and railing have been replaced. They are all beautiful. The host was very responsive when we reached out. There was an AC issue in the lower levels that was fixed the next day. It was reported or a Sun, so very understandable that it was fixed on Mon. We have rented here before. The only downside for us, traveling with mid-60’s parents and a 7 month old, was the size of the dune they now have at the end of the street. The beach access was not as easy as it used to be. It was difficult, at best, to get onto the beach. With the storm damage they had in this area, I totally understand the need for the dunes. Just mentioning for anyone else that may have been here before and expect the easy beach access they used to have.

Annual family vacation

This property was perfect for our family. The proxitimy to the beach was great. The views of the ocean from the upper deck were amazing. The owner thought of every little detail. Would definitely recommend this property and this owner.

Great Week

Property has perfect location to access the beach, shopping and restaurants - all which had great seafood. The house was the perfect size for 12 people, we never felt crowded. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for cooking, but the grill outside could have been bigger. The only bad thing was mattresses in bunkbed room were not very comfortable, but all other beds were great. The hammock on deck was comfortable for sleeping.

Great family beach spot

This property is only a row back from the beach with its own private heated pool. Perfect for kids who want to go back and forth from the beach and little ones who cant stay in the sun too long. The house came with a high chair and packnplay which made packing much easier. Each bedroom had its own bathroom with plenty of towels. Hair dryers were included too. A fridge in the bottom and top floor. Elevator made it so easy to unpack groceries and luggage too! 20 minute drive to avon or nags head. The beach wasnt crowded and felt like we had plenty of space between us and other people. There were a few pool floats, boogie boards, beach chairs, sand toys....this house had everything. Beautiful views of the ocean too. Highly recommend and would stay here again for sure!

Wonderful Experience

My family and friends had a wonderful time. The property itself is spacious, nice and clean. Literally 2 houses away from the beach and having a pool on-site is nice to have. I didn’t see the elevator info when in booked this home, and was surprised to have it when we got there. Definitely nice to have for us to transport food things to the 2nd and 3rd floor of the house. I only needed to contact Lisa a few times with simple questions and she is easy to get a hold of and respond to emails. I’ve already recommended this property my friends and family. Will definitely coming back next year!

Exceptional Value!!!

We absolutely love the place! So close to the beach and the pier. It was nice looking at both the ocean and the sound from the top floor. I was impressed with how clean and update the place is. The kids loved the pool, hot tub,and pool table. The extra refrigerator really came in handy. We will definitely return!

Absolutely Amazing - Home Away From Home

This house is truly your home away from home. It is a VERY short walk to the beach which is great for little kids….and adults! The house is equipped with everything you need from games/DVDs to a fully equipped kitchen! Outdoor showers and foot wash are available at the house. Highly recommend this house!
