Amazing value for the price! Relaxing, open & beautiful.

We have a beautiful cape cod home and we are a short walk to the beach. Our home is relaxing and the perfect beach vacation home. We have lovely sound views. We are also a 3 minute walk to the brand new playground and skate park in Rodanthe.
The ground level has covered parking for 3-4 cars, outdoor shower and fish cleaning station.
Upstairs you find the main house. We have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and master bath. The master bedroom and bath are handicap accessible.The shower has a seat and grab bar and the toilet has grab bars. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third has a full size bed and twin size bunk bed. Two of the bedrooms have a television with cable. There is also a television in the living room. We have a large open kitchen that opens into living and dining areas. This space is great for entertaining a group of 7.
We also have an enclosed porch that has heat and a/c that can be used as a game room or extra place to relax. Here we have foosball table, dart board, card table and games. This is also a wonderful place to watch the sun set over the sound. We have a wrap around porch that is great for spending time with the family, watching the sun set or grilling out.
Also we have a ramp that wraps around the house which is great for people in a wheel chair or have trouble with stairs.
No need to worry about linens. We provide linens,sheets and towels. We don't make the beds but the clean sheets will be waiting for you. We only ask that you wash them and put them in the dryer before you leave.
We believe you will find all you need here. It is beautiful and spacious. Perfect for a family of 5-8. Great for entertaining and right in the middle of Rodanthe.

42nd anniversary

Had a wonderful time. Everything was as advertised. And somethings better. The house was secluded enough to have plenty of privacy. Beach access was very close by. We plan on renting this property again.

Our vacation stay at this property was phenomenal! The house was right across the street from the beach, the house was very clean and surprisingly quiet since it’s right off the main road. Our weather was perfect every single day, we couldn’t have asked for a better vacation❤️

Truly another day in paradise!

We couldn't have asked for a better first experience in the Outer Banks and Rodanthe! This home was easy to find, yet private enough that it was quiet and away from the hustle and bustle. It was spacious and there was plenty of room to sprawl out after a busy day adventuring. The tub was a bonus we absolutely loved! Rebekah was very responsive to our questions and we felt comfortable right from the start. We'd definitely look forward to coming back here on our next OBX vacation!

Great stay awesome location

This is our 4th year in rodanthe and first time on this property. We enjoyed going to the arcade when we weren’t at the skatepark or beach. As with most beach rentals pack trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper as there was one roll of each that lasted my family a day. The kitchen had all the appliances we needed to cook. Having a general store across the street was definitely convenient. We also enjoyed the basket ball hoop well.

Family fun

We had a family get together here and the kids had a ball in the house and when we went to the beach. The beach was close by and easy to find a spot. The house was spacious and kitchen made it easy to prepare meals. The porch was a favorite spots for the adults at night for chats and wine. Overall great stay!

Great Beach House!

This house was clean, spacious and fully stocked with towels, kitchen needs and games. Walking distance to the beautiful beach! The tub in the master bedroom is wonderful. We would definitely stay again!

Amazing experience

This was our second time staying at this particular house and it was as good as the first. Very clean, easy check-in, fully stocked for all cooking needs, comfortable and an amazing location. We spent everyday at the beach and can't wait to go back!

Fun in the wind!🤪

The house had plenty of room for our 2 grands, grandparents and parents (8). It was certainly a close walk to the great beach and we could easily ride bikes for pleasure and out to dinner. Great house for a family gathering. Loved the under the house parking for all. Thanks!

Stay at Paradise

The house was just as presented in the photos (nice) and was very comfortable. The only change or recommendation is the coffee maker needs to be replaced or traveler bring their own. But if that is all a visitor has to worry about, life is good....right!
