"Property was ideally located, easy 5 minute walk to downtown Rockford via road or scenic river walkway accessible from right behind the property. It was also an easy drive to LMCU Park for an evening ball game and convenient to northern Kent County to visit family as well as Deer Track Junction which our grandkids love. Everything was as described, the property was clean and comfortable and everything was in working order. The only thing that could have been better is there is a nice large deck...
