"We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The home was comfortable with nice amenities, and we appreciated having plenty of space throughout and the wonderful community. The elite community pool was definitely a highlight of our visit.The location was very convenient - getting to the beach, restaurants, and shops with the provided golf cart was a breeze and only took a few minutes. The host did a great job with clear instructions and communication throughout our stay.I would recommend this...

"Excellent stay. Love this place. I thought I would miss a stove but the place is so nice, it’s easy to overlook. So private and exactly what I needed for a quick getaway. The private beach access was terrific but a long walk. Definitely will be back. "

"Property was better than advertised, home is new and in great condition. Golf cart and bikes were provided and were well used during our week. Only two minor issues, construction is still taking in the neighborhood, nothing terrible, but men working on a house next to the pool. I have to say, they did not interfere with our trip or the experience with the property . Parking was limited to two vehicles, so keep that in mind if you have a larger group. We certainly enjoyed our time in Grayton...
